Trailer Ramp Spring Ramp Door Weight Capacity

Question:

When the description states 230 lb. Capacity,what does that actually mean?ramp weight?.i have a 102inch wide snowmobile trailerenclosed obviouslyand was curious about this product.thank you for your time.

The Conventional Ramp Door Spring for 8' Wide Enclosed Trailer - Dual Spring - 230-lb Capacity # 362SA8HD has the capacity to lift up to a 230 lb ramp door. It has nothing to do with the snowmobile weight on the ramp it just has to do with the strength of the spring and cables to lift the ramp door.

Current mounted end brackets bearings require a shaft with a 1-inch outer diameter. Are the shafts 1-inch outer diameter? Thanks.

Yes, the shaft does indeed have a 1" outer diameter.
