2011 Tucson GLS 2wd Hitch #36510 installed and need about 4inch rise. I want to stay 8inch shank or less

It sounds like you are looking for a 1-1/4" ball mount which has a 4" rise. If that is the case then I recommend the Curt Drawbar part # C45021 which is the shortest we have available at 9" long. In order to complete this setup you'll need the Hitch Pin/Clip part # F-4 and 2" Hitch Ball part # C40018.
The Draw-Tite Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches part # 36078 cannot be used in the rise position according to the manufacturer.
