Where is Brake Controller Install Wiring for 2020 Buick Enclave

Question:
On my 2020 enclave with trailer package we found the wires for brake control unit taped up in black on left side under dash by drivers left foot attached to a bunch of other wires. Do we need to do a direct hard wire to battery also?

All of the wires needed to install a brake controller like the P3 part # 90195 that you referenced are present where you found them under the dash. You would not need to run wires to the vehicle battery.
