No Trailer Lights After Installing a Trailer Wiring Harness on a 2008 Mazda CX-9

Question:
I have installed a 2008 mazda cx9 trailer harness, but when I hooked up trailer I had no lights or blinkers on trailer. Checked power going into module it was ok but no power coming out the wiring from the module going to trailer plug, Help what is wrong power coming into module but no power coming out?

If you have the trailer wiring harness # 118520 installed according to the instructions and it is not showing power coming out of the converter box then that indicates that the converter is bad and needs to be replaced.
Since this converter gets power for the trailer lights from a direct connection to the battery, if that connection is not made then the converter will not work. I have included some links that might help you.
