I need the set to fit 03 f150 stx the ctm2300 mirrors don’t fit

The STX mirrors your truck have are different from the typical mirrors on the 2003 Ford F-150 so the standard custom fit mirrors for your truck won't fit. So you'd need to use a universal style of mirror like the K-Source # KS69ZR which will fit great and are very secure.
