I am using a road master falcon 5250 tow bar with crosssbar. Will the 3139-1 base plate fit this? Toad is 2007 Saturn Vue 4 cylinder.

Yes the Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar part # RM- 5250 is compatible with the Roadmaster base plate part # 3139-1.
