Question:

I have a 2019 Sprinter 144 with a stock bumper. I want to buy an aftermarket hitch and an aftermarket rear step. Any recommendations?

As long as your Sprinter doesn't have the 30-3/8 inch frame width (measured outside frame to outside frame) the Draw-Tite Class III hitch you'd looked at, part # 75549 would be a fit. For a large and very durable hitch mounted step, I'd highly recommend something like the Carr Mega Step, part # CARR190011 for silver or # CARR190011B for black. The step has a whopping 500 lb weight capacity, can can fold up when it's not needed. I'd also highly recommend a hitch lock like # e98882 to prevent your hitch step from walking off.

If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a # TK22115 wiring harness, a ball mount like # C45010 a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
