Recommended Tow Bar and Base Plates for 2015 Fiat 500

I have a 2007 Newmar Baystar with a Tekonsha Voyager brake controller that was already installed. I am purchasing a 2015 Fiat 500 as a Toad and need to know if there is a wiring harness available for the toad to utilize with this brake controller, previous owner kept the old harness for his mini-cooper. Also need to know what you would recommend for a tow bar and base plate combination. Would want the tow bar to allow use on most vehicles.

The tow bar and base plate kit I recommend for a 2015 Fiat 500 is the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit part # 522013-1A and the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-522. This is a great setup which includes removable arms for a clean look while not in tow and an easy to use tow bar.
In regards to a supplemental braking system, you'd need a system to manually depress the brakes like the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System part # BLU37TR. The brake controller you referenced is designed to activate electric brakes on a trailer, it cannot be used to control hydraulic brakes on a towed vehicle.
The Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 will then complete your setup.
