Question:
If someone locks the trailer door from outside as a prank... Do you sell a floor escape hatch I can install?

I can help you out with parts to create a hatch in the floor of your enclosed trailer, but we don't have an all-in-one kit for an escape hatch in your trailer.
You'd need to make a cut out in the floor of your trailer and then you can use the Paneloc Butt Hinge # H418-204U to hold the door and the Trailer Rope Ring # RR02 as a handle. I also recommend using 1 or 2 of the RV Bolt Door Latch # 37220645 on the inside of the hatch to keep people from getting in from the outside.
I'm attaching a picture of the inside of an enclosed trailer that we worked on for you to check out. I think this hatch was for a storage compartment but something like this could be used as a makeshift hatch.
