Question:
I am camping In a marina. My RV is a class A 50 amp. I want to plug into a marina dock source that is 50 A 3 conductor system. So I need a male plug with 2 power plugs that are L shaped that point outward and 1 common straight blade I have been using a 50 to 30 Converter cable but of course I can not run both AC units.

It sounds like you're needing something like an RV Power Grip Power maximizer, part # CAM55025. You'd plug your 50A power cord from your RV into the 30 and 15A on a power pedestal to receive 45A of power.
I've linked you to a product description video featuring the power Maximizer Adapter.
