I recommend using the Adjustable Shank for TorkLift SuperHitch Trailer Hitches - 12-1/2" - 20,000 lbs # TLM9000 which will work in the Class 5 Hitch with Dual 2" Receivers you've got on your truck. This has a 2000-lbs TW capacity and more than enough towing capacity for your 13000-lbs trailer.
