We do have some hitch fits for your 1991 Dodge Roadtrek, but the # C13280 hitch you'd looked at is a fit for the 1987-2004 Dodge Dakota and wouldn't work for you.
I'd recommend the Draw-Tite # 75140 which will be a fit as long as your Dodge Roadtrek has the standard factory bumper and not the step bumper. If you do have the step bumper, it'll need to be removed and replaced with a standard factory bumper.
