Does Curt Hitch for 2019 Tesla Model 3 Require Use of Stabilizer Straps

The installation instructions mention that there are additional straps required when using with no -trailer loads bike racks. What exactly are they?

At one point Curt used to require a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load with their lower capacity hitches like the Curt # C45FR that you referenced but currently that is not a requirement so you would not need to worry about that!
