The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11497 is the only confirmed fit we have for the 2006 Outback Sport from any of our manufacturers. I'm confused by the model you gave as the Subaru website lists the XT Limited as different from the Sport. If you have the XT limited then I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75560 which meets your criteria.
Unfortunately the tongue weight you are seeking is something the sport model vehicle is not able to handle, but the smaller Class I hitch is rated for up to 200 lbs tongue weight. If you used a hitch expander like # HTAD, you would lose 50% of your hitch tongue weight and limit yourself to 100 lbs tongue weight max.
