The Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # S64683 will work with most women's and kids bikes with the step thru style frames. If the bike has a really low top tube then using an adapter bar like the Swagman # 64005 may be needed to create the top frame rail between the seat post and handlebars for the hook to hold it securely.
