Do they make longer Arms, I have a 2020 F450 and with the stock highest setting and the 5th wheel hooked up the mud flaps drag the ground...

There isn't a way to raise the mudflaps but if you are experiencing significant sag while towing with your 2020 F-450 suspension enhancement would be your best option to reduce the sag and prevent the flaps from dragging. Which for that we have the # F2708 that would allow you to get rid of the suspension sag.
For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # F2266 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
