Good morning, I want to purchase a Derale transmission cooler, model 13612. Will I need any other parts for use in a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan?

The Derale # D13612 will work just fine for your 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. The cooler includes the hose, hose clamps and necessary hardware for installation, but you'll also need the # D13035 adapter fitting. The cooler would install inline with the return line from the radiator to the transmission as shown in the provided video which will walk you through the installation process. The video shows a slightly different cooler being used, but the procedure would be just about identical with the # D13612.
