Question:
I have a 2018 Audi Q5 and am looking at getting a hitch for a Kuat bike rack. I dont plan to ever tow anything, so itll be used just for the bike rack. Were trying to find one that is the least visible as possible when the rack isnt attached to it. It looks like the Stealth link below may be that from the description, but wanted your advice on if there are any others that are as hidden as possible. It sounds like since you can remove the end piece here, this may be it.

You are on the money that the least visible hitch for your 2018 Audi Q5 is absolutely the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDQ518.
The reason for that is this is the only hitch available for your vehicle in which the receiver portion is removable, so it will be like there isn't a hitch on your Audi at all. The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7397 has a hidden crosstube, but the receiver portion will always show. But with the Stealth Hitches option, when you're done using your bike rack, you can just remove the receiver portion and nobody will know you have a hitch installed.
I have added a link to the installation instructions for you to check out as well of the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDQ518.
