Like in the subject, wondering if the unit will work with the Ford factory puck system that came with the truck. Thank you

Your 2020 Ford F-350 with the OEM rail kit should have a center hole designed for a gooseneck hitch to install like the B and W # BWGNXA2061 but we also have the adapter part # RP30845 which fits pucks as well if you'd prefer that route.
