We do have a trailer hitch receiver that fits a 2005 Dodge Durango Limited, but it is different than the model you referred to. I checked with Curt and can confirm that the correct hitch for your '05 Durango Limited is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13297.
This is a complete bolt-on installation and I have added a link to the instructions for you to check out. If you are looking to tow with your Durango and do not have the factory tow package wiring harness I recommend adding the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118390.
