Do you have the item number 16116 Curt E16 5th wheel Trailer hitch. If so will it fit a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500.

Yes we do carry and stock the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Rails and Universal Installation Kit part # C16116 this is a fit for your 2017 Ram because it is a universal kit. This meanss you will have to drill into the frame of your truck to attach the base rails to.
I recommend instead using the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16115 which is the same fifth wheel and the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16444-204. This gives you a custom installation kit that will prevent having to do all the extra labor of drilling and keep you from having to modify the truck any more than typically necessary.
We have never installed the C16116 we always use the custom installation kit so I have no videos to show you on that. I did link a video of the components included with the kit for you to checkout though as well as an installation video on the one I have recommended for you. Check them out!
