Question:
I use a Jackery Lithium batteries 240 and 500 for my camping needs. I have a 2017 Ram Promaster 1500 118 wheel base van. 1. Will this fit the 118 WB? 2. Can it be adapted to use a 12v plug? Other suggestions.

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent part # MA00-05100K is a universal roof vent fan that will work on pretty much any application with the required 14" x 14" opening. It is not specific to any one particular application but if you will be installing this on a van you'd most likely need to find a way to add thickness to the roof where the vent will be installed.
In regards to wiring, the roof vent is 12 volt powered so you could use a 12 volt plug.
