Curt and Draw-Tite don't list any specific hitch fits for a vehicle that old, but luckily enough, cab/chassis trucks typically use a 34 inch wide frame and there are tons of those available.
I'd recommend the Curt # C14082. This Class IV hitch has a 12K towing, 1K tongue weight capacity. To absolutely confirm the fit, before ordering you'll want to measure the height difference (also known as the drop) between the underside of the frame member and the underside of the rear bumper (if there is one). This ensures that the bumper won't get in the way of the receiver tube. The Curt # C14082 has a drop of 4-1/2 inches. So if your vertical distance between the bottom of the bumper and the underside of the frame member is less than 4-1/2 inches, the # C14082 would be a great choice. You'll need to drill your own mounting holes in the underside of the frame, as those on the hitch very likely won't perfectly match up.
The Curt # C14355 is for a newer Ford Super Duty truck, which uses a wider frame so that hitch wouldn't work.
