A question for your trailer hitch receiver experts: Can I fit or install a... Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Multi Fit - Class II - 1-1/4 Item # C12923 on my 2003 Honda Civic sedan? I need it to pull a small 4 x 6 trailer and carry about 600 lbs or less.

We do have a trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2003 Honda Civic, but it isn't the model you mentioned. Instead, your '03 Civic will need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11204.
Since you mentioned towing you will also need a wiring harness, ball mount/drawbar, pin & clip, and hitch ball. The correct parts for your Civic are:
- Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56341
- Curt Drawbar # C45521
- Curt Class I and II Pin and Clip # F-4
- 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # A-80 or 2" Hitch Ball # A-82
