Hi would like trunk mounted bike rack. one bike 30 lbs other is ebike 40 lbs. cars are bmw 5 series 2011 and porsche macan 2018 which do you advise thanks

So while there are options to carry your bikes with your 2011 BMW 5 Series and 2018 Porsche Macan, there are no trunk-mounted bike racks that have the capacity to carry 40 lb bikes. So the only way to transport a bike that heavy is by adding a trailer hitch to one (or both) vehicles and to use a hitch-mounted bike rack.
