The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13393 is a confirmed fit for a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (All Models) without factory trailer hitch. It offers a simply bolt-on installation with no cutting or drilling required. I also recommend the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket part # HM40975 which will install inside the factory bumper cutout.
