The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11204 is the only confirmed fit we have for your 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid.
If you will be towing a small trailer, then I recommend:
-Curt Class II Drawbar - 2-5/8" Rise, 3-1/4" Drop - 7-1/4" Long - 3,500 lbs # C45521
-Curt Class I and II Pin and Clip - 1/2" Diameter # F-4
-2" Hitch Ball - 3/4" Diameter x 2-1/8" Long Shank - Stainless Steel - 3,500 lbs # A-82
For wiring harness, if you have the coupe you will use # C59236 and if you have a sedan then use # C56341 which is a custom fit.
