The Hopkins wiring harness you looked at, part # HM43534, actually fits some Nissan vehicles that have the factory tow package.
If your 2011 Land Rover Range Rover Sport didn't come with any factory trailer wiring you need a universal harness like part # C59496. Then you can convert that 4-way to a 7-way using our # ETBC7 kit. This kit is designed to work with the Curt Echo brake controller, part # C51180, because it doesn't need the additional wire ran to the Rover's cab. The install is easier than using traditional brake controllers. Also, the Echo is easier to set up because everything is done through an app you download on your phone.
If your Range Rover came with factory wiring and you're trying to replace it then send me a picture of what the old wiring looked like and I'll see if we have a harness that matches it. It'll need to be hardwired in but that would just be connecting wires.
