Does GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier Need It's Own License Plate

Question:
What license plate would I put on the cargo carrier? The rear one from the SUV Ive put in on or a separate one for the cargo carrier like a trailer? Thank you,

You'd use the license plate from your 2019 Toyota Sequoia for the GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch # HGK819. Since this is a cargo carrier and it isn't being towed like a trailer it doesn't require it's own license plate.
