Will the swagman upright work with this crossbar? I have a 2019 f250 with a retrax pro Xr cover. Cant figure out if the swagman upright is compatible with this system.

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System part # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 which is for Retrax XR Series Tonneau Covers will allow you to use pretty much any roof mounted accessory such as the Swagman Upright Roof Bike Carrier part # S64720. The aero crossbars are a very standard size so you should not have issues using any rooftop mounted accessories.
