If it's in good shape, and you just want to protect it going forward, I'd recommend the # 34910916 from Griot's Garage. This is a high quality liquid polymer wax that's safe for fiberglass surfaces, and provides UV protection.

If the surface has minor swirls, scratches or stains, the 3-in-1 liquid wax, part # 34911013 will simultaneously correct, shine and protect the painted surface of your fiberglass tonneau cover.
