Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle Item # AL57595 Will this fit a 2004 ram 2500 2 wheel drive? If not , Why? What 7500lb , then would work, if not this one?

The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57595 were designed around the 4WD version of the 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup. When I reached out to my contact at Air Lift he said that it's possible it will fit the 2WD version since the only differences between the 5000 kits are that the bag is slightly shorter, but since they haven't tested it he wasn't able to confirm this.
If you don't want to chance this kit not fitting then we have the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2701 which are confirmed to fit the 2WD version and has a weight capacity of 7,500 lbs. Since most people who use this high of a rated air bag kit tend to do a lot more towing/hauling I also recommend installing a compressor kit like the Air Command # F96VV so that you can monitor and adjust your air bags as needed.
Please note that any suspension enhancement system is designed to support your OEM suspension and will not actually boost your weight carrying capacity.
