The DeeZee Crossover Toolbox Mounting Kit part # DZ97910 can be used on low profile crossover style toolboxes such as the DeeZee Red Label Truck Bed Toolbox part # DZ8170LB. That said, there may be trimming required of the stud if it does not clear the lid but this is something very minior to do yourself and would all come down to how much room you have exactly.

I however would not be able to give an exact yes or no answer as there are too many variables involved such as the depth of the lip on the bed rail and the known space inside the toolbox where the stud mounts.
