Will this product work on a 2005 chevy Silverado extended cab 2500 HD with 1 main tool box and 2 side mount tool boxes?

The answer really depends on how your tool boxes are mounted to your 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500. Since the Buyers Products Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 3371501150 clamps onto your truck's bed rails (see photo), if the main tool box extends out to the rails, and/or if the side mounted tool boxes are up towards the bed rails, then it would not fit.

Each of the ladder racks that fit your truck do in fact clamp to the bed rails so you would likely need to remove the tool boxes to get a rack to work.
