According to my contacts at Firestone, the Coil-Rite Air Helper Spring kit you mentioned, part # F4136 will indeed fit the 2011 Toyota Prius.
When installing the system, it is crucial that the cuts made in the air line be absolutely square to avoid air leakage. We recommend using a tubing cutter like part # AL10530.
Keep in mind that the Air Helper springs will not increase the capacity of your vehicle.
