Do SmartStraps Adjustable Toggle Ball Bungee Cords Have a WLL

What is the WLL for this product? Is it weather resistant?

According to my contact at SmartStraps, the Adjustable Toggle Ball Bungee Cords # 3484003 do not have a specified WLL (working load limit) rating. They are designed for very lightweight applications only (less than 20 lbs). For instance, to wrap up cords and hoses or secure tarps canopies or tents, as shown in the attached photos.
As far as their construction, their outer jacket does have weather resistant coatings, however, they are not intended to be used for long-term or permanent outdoor applications as they will naturally deteriorate over time.
