I have a Hijacker FWH 24PA hitch. I want to install it on a Ford F250 super duty 6.75 bed. I need mounting brackets. Would the DM8552006 work?

Your Demco Hijacker fwh 24pa is the older style of fifth wheel hitch from Demco that uses an older unique rail design. The rails needed for it are the part # DM6014 and then for the universal L-bracket kit you'd need the part # DM8552009 and you'd be set. The universal kits like this are a fit for your 2004 Ford F-250.
The bracket kit you referenced will not work as they don't work with this type of 5th wheel rail. They only fit the newer industry standard type rail.
