Will this ladder rack accommodate a toolbox in the bed of my truck?

Yes. I checked with Buyers Products and they informed me that the Buyers Products Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 3371501150 is compatible with crossover style tool boxes. I've attached a photo of one of our customers trucks that has this ladder rack and a crossover style tool box installed that you might find helpful.
