For starters, the fifth wheel install kit I recommend for a 2019 Ram 3500 is the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16430-204 which does not require any drilling into the frame. The Curt Semi-Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kits does save money but is not a good option because it requires drilling into the frame. In regards to weight capacity, there isn't one for the base rails or frame brackets because this will come from the fifth wheel hitch. In other words, the weight capacity of the base rails and frame brackets will exceed any trailer hitch you attach.

The highest rated fifth wheel hitch we have that will work with the above install kit is the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16180 which is rated for 25,000 lbs. I personally love the Curt A25 due to the dual jaw design and easy to remove head. To complete your setup, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C56000 is what I recommend.
