To Whom it May Concern, I am looking for the best options to carry 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes simultaneously I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks,

In order to carry two paddle boards and two bikes on a 2012 Volvo C30 you'll need to carry the boards on the roof and the bikes on the back of the vehicle. In order to carry the boards, I recommend the Thule SUP Shuttle Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier with Tie-Downs part # TH811XT which comes with everything you need.
