Can Tow Bar Connect to D-Ring of Winch Bumper

I have a 2008 Rubicon Unlimited with a winch bumper that has the eyes for shackles. Can I attach the tow bar to the eyes?

Roadmaster has adapters for their tow bars that can fit different size d-rings on winch bumpers like what you have. If you have 1 inch thick D-rings you'd want the part # RM-035-1 or if you have 3/4 inch wide d-rings you'd want the part # RM-035. These aren't compatible with the Curt tow bar you referenced though so you'd need a Roadmaster like the Tracker part # RM-020.
