Does the fit kit 145107 fit with the 480 feet? I have bars and 480 feet and would like to reuse them for a 2017 Tacoma double cab.

The Evo fit kit you mentioned will not fit with the 480 kit that was phased out by Thule. Best option for your 2017 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab will be an all new roof rack like with the WingBar Evo part # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145107.
