One LED Strip of RVILL34 Dimmer Than The Other
Updated 04/02/2020 | Published 04/01/2020 >
Question:
In my trailer, suddenly one led strip dimmed by about half of what it had previously been. The other lights and everything else are still working just fine. This happened yesterday and it is still working, but still dim.

According to Optronics, having one strip of LED's on their # RVILL34 means that the lamp is defective and would need to be replaced. The good news is that Optronics offers a lifetime warranty on the LED's, so you'd just need to contact the folks you purchased it from for a warranty replacement.
