Looking to confirm that Item # CSS-1168R is the correct Sumospring part number for the rear suspension of my 2017 ram 1500. thanks

We do have the SuperSprings coil springs that fit your 2017 Ram 1500, though it is a different part number than the one you mentioned, which is only a fit for some Honda's
The correct springs for your 2017 Ram 1500 are:
- SuperCoils Custom Suspension Coils - Rear Axle # SSC-51
