The TracRac SR ladder rack part # TH43002XT-783 that fits your 2016 GMC Canyon 6 ft bed is a great and only solution that allows the BAK Revolver tonneau part # BAK92VR to fit as it installs between the bed rails and the TracRac installs on top of them. The SR has uprights that can slide forward and back easily which gives you quite a bit of flexibility for carrying cargo.
