Will this or any other hitches fit a 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth without bumper trimming?

The only trailer hitch available for a 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11347. The Curt Hitch does unfortunately require trimming of a rear panel but this is only very minor and it won't be visible from outside the vehicle. If you ever removed the hitch and wanted to revert the vehicle back to stock, you can replace just this panel and not the whole rear bumper fascia.
I have attached a photo of the required trimming needed.
