Could you tell me the wiring of the lights

The Exterior LED Utility Light part # M337FR has three wires, one for power, one for ground, and one for neutral. I spoke with M-3 and they informed me that the light follows EU Wiring Specifications so the power should be brown, the neutral should be blue, and the ground should be green with a yellow stripe. There is also a 12 volt version as well, part # M357FR which also has three wires but only the power and ground would need to be attached.
