Inno square crossbars are almost the same dimensions as Thule square bars but they are different enough that you couldn't mix the feet from one brand with the bars of the other. What's also worth noting for your situation is that Thule redesigned their square crossbars and I can tell you have the older style since you said you have 65 inch bars which are no longer made.

So at this point you'll be looking at getting an all new crossbar setup since there won't be a way to use the bars you have. We have the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers - Black - 71" Long # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 which comes with everything needed to fit the crossbar channels of your Retrax XR cover and would work really well. The bars are aero shaped which means less wind noise and have top channels that can be used for mounting accessories. More and more roof rack accessories are getting designed to attach via a top channel like what these have. Plus the price is better than the Thule and Yakima brands but the quality is the same.
