We have a really great and very similar hidden hitch option that fits your 2013 BMW X3 but we don't have anything from Stealth, instead we have the EcoHitch part # 306-X7275 which uses the same detachable hitch opening design to give you a totally hidden trailer hitch when not in use.

Then for trailer wiring we have the better option of the # 119250KIT which doesn't require any splicing into the vehicle wiring unlike the Stealth option.

If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
