The fender well toolboxes like # UWS01624 is typically mounted to the floor of the truck bed by drilling through the bottom of the box and into the floor of the truck bed. I'd recommend using stainless hardware to prevent corrosion and fender washers top and bottom to prevent the hardware from pulling through the truck bed and floor of the toolbox.
